Shopify provides the technology supporting the store but is not the seller of BiteBye products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, providing customer support, or handling returns and refunds.

You are responsible for:

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account;

Mosquito protection products can help reduce exposure to mosquitoes when used correctly, but no product can guarantee complete protection from every mosquito, insect bite, infection, or mosquito-borne illness.

Our products and Site content are not substitutes for medical advice or official public-health guidance. Seek professional medical assistance if you experience a serious reaction, illness, or other medical concern.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting service@bitebyestore.com.

Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

This section does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that apply when an order is delayed, unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled.

8. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

You agree to pay:

You grant BiteBye a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, adapt, and display submitted content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site to:
